THE QUEEN IS DEAD

I went to the V&A to look at an exhibition by Invasion. It was about compiling and archiving information. It was an amazing exhibition so please keep check of this space!

UP AND DOWN

I visited the royal collage of arts today to do go to a exhibition called open books. I went to this exhibition not only for my fascination in books, zines and typography but also to listen to 3 speakers from werkplaats typografie. I heard about werkplaats typografie at the start of September and have a keen ambition to become a student of theirs. So this felt like a great opportunity to learn some of their methods and values they undertake.

These were created using my manual slr. I used techniques such as sepia, scratching, bleach, pin-hole photography, burning and toying with the shutter speed and aperture.
